Briarcliffe College was founded 35 years ago with a single goal in mind: to meet the career-oriented higher education needs of Long Island residents. We work closely with the businesses in our community, to ensure that we are providing students with the skills that employers are looking for. With their input, we are able to develop our degree programs to include courses to meet their educational needs.

In our thirty-plus years of serving Long Island, our community has experienced a significant increase in population and we have responded to this by establishing a second campus. Today, Briarcliffe College has locations in both Bethpage and Patchogue.
